Customers with established credit and those who
wish to use Visa, Mastercard or Discover may place orders by telephone Monday
through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Mountain Time. In order to serve
you better, please have your account number ready as well as the catalog
order number and a brief description of each item.
Sales are net 30 days to established accounts only, otherwise, pre-payment
by check, money order, or credit card will assure you of the same prompt
service. If you would like to establish a credit account, call customer
service and request a credit application, or fill out our online
Purchase Orders from hospitals, medical facilities, government agencies, universities,
schools, and others without prior application, are accepted at our discretion.
Faxed Orders and Purchase Orders are accepted any time day or night.

number (if applicable) or the type of credit card. If ordering with a
credit card also include the credit card number, expiration date, name
of card holder, phone number, and your signature.

Orders placed prior to noon Mountain Time will be shipped the same day pending
stock availability. We will notify you of any backorders.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling charges are added to each order. Orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise requested.
Overnight and second day deliveries are available at an additional charge. There is an additional service charge for COD (Collect On Delivery) shipments.
We strive to provide our customers with the
best possible prices. We want to keep you as a customer and we want you to feel
assured that you are always receiving
the best price. Therefore, if you see an item for less in another catalog or
literature, let us know.
All products are sold with the manufacturer's warranty. Products that become
defective during the manufacturer's warranty period should be sent directly to
the manufacturer with proof of purchase. Instructions for warranty accompany
All returns require prior authorization. If you wish to return a product, please
call customer service to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization). Authorized
returns are accepted within 30 days from invoice date and only if the item is
in new, resellable condition with original packaging. Items showing damage or
use are not returnable. Certain products submitted for return may be subject
to a restock charge depending upon the nature of the product. Note: Packages
that are returned without an RMA number may be refused. Freight charges
incurred due to returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer.

All shipments are sent UPS unless otherwise specified and each package is fully
insured. If your package arrives damaged, keep the product(s), box and wrapping
materials and notify UPS at once. After you have notified UPS, you may contact
customer service to report the damaged package. Do not return the package
